Blackberry and blackcurrant smoothie


The classic woodland flavors make this the perfect fall smoothie.

1 cup blackberries
½ cup blackcurrants
½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
¼ cup milk

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately
